We have been seeing Dr. Hsiao ever since he came to HFPM and have always received the best of care from him. He is not only our doctor, he is our friend. We so appreciate everything he has done for all our family.

Dr. Hsiao is knowledgeable, professional, cordial and a very caring, genuine person. He spends as much time as needed, explains conditions, and makes a patient feel comfortable. He is the best doctor from whom I have sought medical advice.
