She is amazing so far. Front desk woman who "checked me in" was not. I said I was there for an appointment and she asked for my information and made me pay my copay. I was 10-15 minutes early to my appointment and was called at the time of my appointment by Dr. Castillo to ask if I was coming to my appointment, I informed her I was in the waiting room for the past 15ish minutes and she said I was not checked in. The woman at the front must have overheard my phonically and THEN proceeded to actually check me in. Very odd and if she would have been the reason I needed to reschedule I would have been unable because I don't have childcare for my 3 year old.

She is was very patient in explaining to me how my procedure would go and on the day of my procedure she was also very understanding her experience and bed side manner it's just so remarkable, she us very relatable. She is truly a very good Obgyn in all aspects .Thank you Doctor Costello for all that you doing.

La Dra. Costello es una persona muy amable, humana, gentil, generosa... es lo que uno como mujer busca para sentirse cómoda durante una consulta; sin dejar pasar por alto su profesionalismo que es impecable; su forma de explicar y hacerse entender es muy importante para mi, aclara todas nuestras dudas. Me gusta su forma de trabajar, y es muy delicada al momento hacer algún trabajo ginecológico. Personalmente estoy encantada con ella. Gracias!
