In 2005, Dr. Tabor earned his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his Family Medicine residency and his Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at the Conroe Medical Education Foundation in 2008 and 2009, respectively.

He is very thorough and personable. He took time to answer my questions, and explained meditation, differences in injections. I appreciate that he took his time, and addressed my concerns.

Dr. Tabor was friendly and was thorough during my consultation with him. He smiled a lot as well, which I think is just his personality, and I love that. I felt heard and not rushed. Overall, great visit!

Dr Tabor took time with my mom and I went over her X-rays and explained in detail problems with her knees. Also, answered all questions we had and addressed treatment plan so we could make an informed decision.
