In 2005, Dr. Tabor earned his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his Family Medicine residency and his Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at the Conroe Medical Education Foundation in 2008 and 2009, respectively.

HE WAS GREAT! LISTEN TO MY PROBLEM AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY KNEE. IN MY OPINION HE IS ONE OF THE BEST KELSEY DOCTORS I'VE HAD SO FAR.

It was my first visit with Dr. Tabor, he was friendly, went through my X-rays with me and explained everything.

Dr. Tabor is very professional and an excellent doctor. He makes you feel very comfortable while he’s doing his job. For me, I didn’t feel any pain it was simply pain free.

Dr. Tabor listened to all my questions and concerns, he's very easy to talk to and took the time to address/evaluate the issues I've been having and come up with a plan to move forward.
