In 2005, Dr. Tabor earned his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his Family Medicine residency and his Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at the Conroe Medical Education Foundation in 2008 and 2009, respectively.

Dr Tabor took time with my mom and I went over her X-rays and explained in detail problems with her knees. Also, answered all questions we had and addressed treatment plan so we could make an informed decision.

Dr. Tabor was very friendly and listened to my concerns and ordered X-rays immediately. He explained why my wrist was in pain. He showed me and explained the X-ray images that he ordered. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 pm but I was at Kelsey-Seybold with my wife the morning of the day of my appointment. I asked a lobby desk attendant if I could see Dr. Tabor while I was there and I was being called in to see him within just a few minutes. I really appreciated his demeanor. His assistants were very personal and made me feel at ease.

He takes time with you to explain everything you need to know about your visit no matter what it is. He will answer any question and he is never in a rush He is an awesome Doctor.
