Five million stars to Dr. Riva Collins. Dr. Collins is an excellent communicator. She listens to my concerns before explaining her diagnosis. Dr. Collins is organized and conscientious. I have a clear plan of action upon leaving her office. This is evident by the testing which she orders and the prescriptions which she writes. When I walk out of her office, I know she cares about me.
Five million plus one stars to nurse Melissa Morinz. Fun fact-Nurse Morinz gets an extra star for her stylish purple eyeglasses frame. Ms. Morinz’s empathy is one of her most important traits. She shows this by having compassion and understanding. I am always greeted with a smile. Her chart verifications and updates are correct. The laying out of medical supplies and instruments for a procedure are meticulous and in the order for which Dr. Collins requires. My wound dressing is with style. Follow up appointments are made at my convenience. I leave with another smile
