She is very knowledgeable and listens carefully to her patient. She allows you to make decisions but tells you what to expect with that decision. She likes to "play it safe" with her patients.

Dr. Maffei and her staff were all amazing. She listened to everything I had to say, fully considered all my symptoms and thoughts, and took the time to explain everything to me fully. She, the nurse, and the assistant were all warm and reassuring while being completely professional.
