After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Medicine, in 1981, Dr. Homs continued her education at the school with an internship and residency in general surgery, which she completed in 1983. She went on to pursue a fellowship at the university where she specialized the head and neck area of Otolaryngology.

My visit was pleasant although I was really nervous and afraid of the procedure. Dr. Homs-Guilloty informed me that she liked the results of my test, so the procedure was not needed at this time. That was great news! She was comforting and informative.

Always been a very good doctor. When Dr. Homs finds you need help from another specialist, she will find you a physician that she believes can help solve a specific issue. Very caring doctor.
