After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Medicine, in 1981, Dr. Homs continued her education at the school with an internship and residency in general surgery, which she completed in 1983. She went on to pursue a fellowship at the university where she specialized the head and neck area of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Homs is so kind and really cares about me. She spends time with me to listen to what I have to say. She never seems to be in a hurry to get to the next patient. She is always concerned with my well being, including pain level. She is patient, and always professional. Her entire staff is exactly like her. They all really care about me.

Dr. Interact with me and explained everything to me. Dr. Is very professional and certainly an amazing Dr. I felt relaxed being my first time having going to the E.N.T The staff is also professional in their perspective path of their duties. I love going to Kelsey - Seybold Clinic.

Dr. Homs was great! She listened to me and got to the root of my ear problems. We came up with a plan and she explained my options. Her staff was wonderful and professional. I just want to say thank you so much.
