Dr. Victor Simms is Chief of the Department of Internal Medicine at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Dr. Simms graduated from Baylor College of Medicine’s medical school in 1996. Following his doctorate, he completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor. He continued his education at the school with a fellowship in Primary Care Research. In addition, he earned a Master of Public Health degree from The University of Texas School of Public Health.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Simms for over fifteen years. Hard to imagine finding better care elsewhere. He noticed I had bumps around one side of my neck during an exam which led to the removal of a cancerous thyroid. Dr. Simms shows he cares for his patients.

Dr. Victor Simms is professional, knowledgeable, ethical and posses an amazing bedside manner. He always listens to your health concerns and addresses each one. I was a Healthcare professional for over 40 years { retired now} and have extensive experience working with physicians and he is truly “5 Star” !!!

Dr. Simms is an amazing brilliant physician! My family has been with him since he was a doctor at the old Pasadena, TX clinic. He is so knowledgeable about all aspects of medical conditions ,and if you need a referral to another physician he will make sure you are sent to them.
Doctor Simms is always such a comforting caring physician. When you leave your appointment with him, you know that without a doubt he has taken the time to be sure that you feel confident and cared for. He is not only a physician, but a man who cares for humanity!
I am so confident about him that I do believe he is one of the best physicians in America!
If I had someone I knew who wanted to be a physician, I would hope that they could be mentored by this great man!
