He was nice to explain why I am facing my issue. I was expecting he will give me some medicine to help my complaint go away, but he decided to advise me to use some ointment/cream. I liked his way of explaining and trying to see me leave satisfied.

Dr. Patel was very professional, addressed my issues and listened to me. He will be the reason I stay in the Kelsey network. I saw a dermatologist previously in the network that eagerly referred me to an ENT and refused to address my concern, so I am so excited to have found Dr. Patel.
