Nice, informative, patient, and made me feel comfortable when doing a quick biopsy. Answered my questions, patiently, even though due to my anxiety I had to ask same questions over and over to help me be able to calm myself down; even though he gave me some breathing tips. Everything went just as he said and I didn't pass out.

Ravi Patel did a great job. Thoughtful and spent a good amount of time discussing issues with me. Highly recommended. On the other hand, I've been with Kelsey-Seybold for eight years. Their overall service level has slipped badly in the last year or more. My wife has experienced numerous problems dealing with a current illness. If this doesn't get back on track, we're looking for new providers.

Very professional! I showed up 30 minutes early and he was available immediately! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! My biopsy was absolutely painless and it was in a sensitive area! Highly recommended!
