Mr Hatherill was very pleasant and concerned that the hearing aids fit properly and that I completely understood their operation and care. He was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I would highly recommend him to friends.

Because she listens to what you are saying and then she responds with an answer and she was very, very helpful. She looks directly at you when she speaks. I loved talking with and listening to her. She was very very helpful. She is very good with what she does.

He is very receptive about my concerns. He is also available during the afternoon when I can see him. In addition, he’s very knowledgeable ant treats me like he is concerned and really cares. He never rushes the appointment.

He is patient, easy to work with in trying to obtain a satisfactory conclusion which is hearing aids for me that provide me with the same experience I enjoyed with my last Starkey aids. And, he seems to want it for me also .

He was direct with understandable explanations of what he was going to do and the treatment I needed. I hope he was not favoring a certain brand hearing aid because of commission or other favors. He seemed to be honest in his recommendations.

Dr. Hatherill took his time to assess my situation and concerns and then spent time determining if there were any other options for improving my hearing. He was able to explain my situation and options in a way that made it simple to understand. His knowledge and people skills made the experience a good one. I would highly recommend him.
