Rachel was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
She scheduled x-rays on the same day as my appointment. And I had results the next morning.
She also scheduled ultra sound the day of my appointment for the following day.
As always, I was very impressed with everyone I had contact with on the Kelsey-Seybold staff!

Rachel is very experienced, efficient and has excellent communication with patients. Her nurses work beautifully as a support team. All medications,shots and chest X-rays were arranged seamlessly as was pharmacy pick-up at HEB. Outstanding in every way and an indescribable relief from someone who was very ill.

Dr.Kelley is phenomenal!! It's true not all heroes wear capes! She saved my life twice after going to several physicians no one understood what's going on with me.
Not to forget to mention how she's a good listener and more than ready to give all the information she knows to the patient.
From now on I'm willing to drive for an hour just to see Dr.Kelley when needed. Thanks a bunch Dr.Kelley!

She's professional, courteous and caring. When you see Dr. Kelley she listens to you and not brush your concerns off. She's thorough to a fault. Also, she makes you feel like family. I personally adore her
