Cynthia Basaldua, M.D., joined the Internal Medicine department at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in January 1999. Dr. Basaldua earned her medical degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she also completed her Internal Medicine residency.

Dr Basuldua is a good Doctor. Very clear and concise. She took the time to retake my blood pressure that was a little high first time around. Did a complete exam. When our visit was coming to an end she asked me if there was anything else I wanted to ask. Not all Doctors ask that.
