Dr. Lowder earned her medical degree and completed her internship at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She completed her residency at the University of Illinois Ravenwood Medical Center in Chicago in 1987.

Dr Lowder takes the time to listen and understand my concerns and is very thorough in accessing and treating me. I always feel like everything possible is being offered and that I am receiving expert care.

She listens to me, she pays attention to what I say, she is not totally involved with her computer. Her office runs very efficiently

Dr. Lowder is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very caring. I was nervous about recent test results and she was very comforting. I am pleased with all her "girls" (staff). The entire office is pleasant and very helpful.

She has been my doctor since I enrolled
in Kelsey Care Advantage Plan in
2009. I think that must be 24 years! I just couldn't visualize seeing anyone else. My daughter saw me moping and
volunteered to drive me and our close
friend, Roz Bippus to her new office if we could get appointments the same day. We did! And it is now official. It has been almost two years. We see our favorite MD and have a nice lunch out.
We love Dr. Lowder!

She's my PCP for over 10 years now for the best reasons. She's caring, competent, compassionate, kind and does the best course of action for the betterment of her patients. Thank you Dr. Lowder for taking care of me and my family..

Dr. Lowder is friends and knowledgeable and easy to understand.
She goes out of her way to suggest other ways and people or [laces to go to possibly assist me in ansering my questions.
She is interested in keeping me well and happy.
