I searched high and low and interviewed a multitude of video production companies to execute the vision I had for the video needed in my company. Jacob and his team were the BEST choice I could’ve made. They perfectly captured our brand and made a high caliber video that I am so proud of and am proud to share with our clients. They are very reasonably priced and worked with us with MUCH patience editing and making the many changes/edits we wanted within the video. If you get the chance to work with them, do it. Can’t recommend enough.

We used The Customer Story to create a fundraising video for a local non-profit, that was sent out to all of our donors via a video mailer. We were beyond impressed with Jacob's ability to capture exactly the message and feel that we were going for. He knew how to make every second count and be as impactful as possible. This is the second year my foundation, The Delta Kilo Foundation, has used The Customer Story for our large annual fundraiser.
