Well I did not know to whom I was going to be seen by glad to have met her, kinda wish she could have giving me anything to help with the discomfort of my mouth until we were to hear back from the dermatologist, but I had to wait…. She did call within 2 days with a prescription that no one was willing to fill on a Sunday…. So now I have to wait another Day Monday 3/7/2022 to get this prescription. I have been dealing with this problem now this week 3 cause no walk in have to have an appointment, it’s just a bit much, but she’s okay… if she would have given me something to comfort this irritable situation I would probably be more acceptable to Kelsey’s doctors are the best, but as you read this I am still waiting on a prescription hmmmmm……………….

I love Dr. Mbide because she is very personable and knowledgeable. She greets me with a smile. She listens to my concerns and discusses plans of action to address my medical care. She is very patient with me. She gives me plenty of time to discuss my medical concerns.
Dr. Mbide is an EXCELLENT representative for Kelsey-Seybold.
