I like him he listened to my concerns only think I don't like the I talk about my prescription and I need refills and I don't get it in my farmacy I call today and told me I need to make an appointment again for refills I just went yesterday to see him

He listened to the patient, discussed topics of concern and seemed interested in what the patient was saying. Seemed very knowledgeable and addressed all areas needed for Annual Physical. Said he would review labs and get back to patient with any concerns or possible changes or added medications.

He acted like I was the only patient needing to see him. Fully explained the options available and was willing to listen to my concerns. Very quick response with lab results. Highly recommend him!

I think Mr. Payne is an amazing PA-C! He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, caring, takes the time to listen to me, asks lots of questions, and does not rush my appointment time. He has been my primary care provider since January 2023 and has already helped me resolve multiple health concerns.

Was my first time to see James Payne. He was extremely polite and thorough. He reviewed past history in my chart, and explained everything. Made recommendations to me for procedures and explained all that was available through Kelsey Seybold. I will continue to see James Payne as my PC. I’ve used Kelsey Seybold for my medical needs for approximately 30 years and over all have been VERY HAPPY with the care I receive and with all the representatives I’ve dealt with. I’ve often recommended Kelsey Seybold to former co-workers, friends and Family. I’m a very happy patient thus far. Keep up the good work. 🙂
