He was recommended by my previous Heart Doctor who recently retired. Outstanding personal communications, very friendly and my wife and I could not be more happy with him. Been a patient of Dr. Lozano 22 years this month! He is the most patient, thorough and easy to talk to doctor! He ask questions and check me thoroughly and explains until I understands, if necessary, every visit! No rushing, he takes his time with me!
