I felt Dr. Jacobs listened to me & my concerns. She answered all my questions & concerns. She was very thorough with her exam. She had me take tests to make sure we covered all the bases of my diagnosis.

Dr. Jacob patiently listed to me explaining my problem and the pain I was having Dr Jacob explained where the pain was coming from and offered suggestions to alleviate and prevent in the future. I didnt feel rushed and felt like I could talk to her forever!

Dr. Jacob was polite and professional. She asked and answered questions and provided helpful information. Additionally, the rest of the staff, including the staff in the lab were also very polite and professional. My appointment was timely and the office space appeared clean and organized.

I went to see Dr Jacob for lower back pain. Dr Jacob made my visit so comfortable. She listened to the issues I was having, asked lots of questions and examined me to see where I was having pain. I was very impressed with her caring bedside manner and her diagnosis. She scheduled an X-Ray and sent me the report the same day. I would definitely go see her again , she was great.
