As always, he listens and asks questions to define my health care needs and concerns. He prescribes medications as needed that have exceeded my expectations for relief of my symptoms. EXCELLENT CARE! I highly recommend Kelsey-Seybold based on all of the highly skilled professional staff that I have encountered as a patient.

Dr. Joseph is very personable, very easy to talk with and he listened to my concerns. He spent time educating me on some of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Joseph is the best doctor I have seen in years and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
