Dr. Jack Pieniazek earned his Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry at Houston Baptist University in 1990. In 1995, he earned his medical degree at The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family practice residency in 1998 at The University of Texas Medical Branch and the American Board of Clinical Lipidology Diplomate program in 2007. Dr. Pieniazek founded Conroe Family Medicine, P.A. in 1998, which was acquired by Kelsey-Seybold in March 2020, and continues to care for patients at the renamed Kelsey-Seybold – Conroe Clinic.
