After graduating from Washington, D.C.’s Howard University in 1972, Dr. Dorsey completed his Internal Medicine residency at the school’s Freedmen's Hospital. In 1979, he finished his Dermatology training at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Dr. Kenneth Dorsey was a dermatologist at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic approximately 20 years ago, and I needed a good dermatologist, so I selected Dr. Dorsey. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Dorsey...He has always been there for me and helped me with my skin problems. I think the world of Dr. Dorsey, and he is an excellent dermatologist.
