Dental assistants and orthodontist are efficient and extremely kind and professional. The go to great depth to make sure the patient understands the procedures and answers all questions, big and small!

Efficient, answered my questions and friendly. It was hard to hear, though because the chairs were so close together and staff appeared to be talking over one another. I had to ask for clarification on important information more than once.

First time patient and I tell you hands down the best. Kesha was awesome explained everything in detail very kind and welcoming. She took the time not just to communicate with me but with a teenager that Lord know teens don’t listen but she was great. Actually I heard the staff and they all have great communication skills with their patients. Dr. McCarty was one of the best I have gone to other orthodontist and she was very knowledgeable and respectful but also knew how to get thru with her patient. We did the consultant and they were able to accommodate and putting my son braces on that day due to my schedule. It is worth the long drive I took. Please keep up the great work.

Friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My 8- year old grandson was completely comfortable with the evaluation. Everything was explained to him in a way he understood. Thank you!

Friendly office staff and super informative. They break everything down for you and answer all your questions about the whole process of having braces. They also have payment plans which is great! Overall super service. I was so worried about affording braces for my child and now I’m not thanks to them!

The people at Texas Orthodontic Specialists are kind. They have all the latest technology & have screens on the ceiling so the kids can be distracted while they work on their teeth. I truly appreciate how considerate these wonderful people are. My family has been with Dr. Chen for over five years. Thank you for many wonderful years of service and we are looking forward to a few more years to come.

Dr Chen and his staff are the absolute best! professional, friendly, cool. I wouldn't take my son anywhere else and the whole team feels like family.
