Halgren Orthodontics was amazing from the moment we walked through the doors. The receptionist, the clinical staff, and everything in between! We scheduled braces for our 11 year old right at the consultation and two weeks later they are on and look wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone!

On a spur of the moment ask, I was referred to this amazing office. Everything since then has been fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, personable front desk, and amazing orthodontist. This is galaxies away from my experience when I was a kid getting braces from an orthodontist in Portage. My son actually leaves smiling every time. I am beyond satisfied with everything they do. We're only a few months in, and my kid's teeth are world's different. Can't wait to experience the full journey!

From the time I went in for a consult, through the whole experience with my braces, to even now for the follow up visits, Hallgren Orthodontics has always gone above and beyond to make me feel well taken care of. It is evident that they share a passion in helping transform peoples smiles! They often seemed just as excited as I was to see the progress in my journey with braces! From the time you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly faces at the front desk, to the orthodontic assistants who ensure you are comfortable while they adjust your braces, to Dr. Hallgren himself and every single person in between, I could not have had a better experience. My smile turned out better than I even could have imagined, and its all thanks to the wonderful team at Hallgren Orthodontics!

We love the friendly atmosphere and wonderful staff here! We have been with Dr. Hallgren since my daughter was referred there by our dentist when she was about 6 years old. We took our time making decisions and had several conversations (in person and over the phone) with Dr. Hallgren about how to move forward with her care. He is so patient and gave us all of the options and always trusted us as her parents to make the best decision for her. Since starting her care with them (expanders and braces) everything has gone according to plan! Dr. Hallgren is very smart, he graduated 1st in his advanced program, but he is so humble! The office is family owned and operated and you can tell! We look forward to our visits; it feels like we are visiting friends when we talk with Dr. Hallgren, Angie or the front desk staff and catch up on what's new in life since we saw them 6 weeks earlier! I enjoy the complimentary coffee break while reading their selection of books to my preschooler in the waiting room while my daughter goes back for her appointment with her sister, who loves to watch. Everyone feels really comfortable and safe there and the office is always sparkling clean. My daughter enjoys all of the opportunities to earn points and pick out prizes from the cabinet.

I can’t express how much we love the entire office!! I have had 2 kids get braces from Hallgren and it’s been a great experience. Always on time! Friendly staff! And a perk we just found out about, they give out birthday cards with a gift card in it! My son received one for his 13th bday and instantly put a huge smile on his face!

Best Orthodontist you can ever find!!!!
I'm so grateful to have come across this Orthodontist office. The comments are definitely not lying about this place. Dr. Hallgren and his lovely team were able to help me through my process after my terrible experiences with Smile Direct Club (which is bankrupt now). The staff are so nice and welcoming; they truly are the best of the best! I love my smile, and it wouldn't be the best without Dr. Hallgren!! Thank you for the journey, and I am blessed to have been a patient!

Dr. Hallgren is hands down the best orthodontist around. I got braces here and I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and friendly, and every step of the way is explained so you know what to expect and what’s going to happen. They’re very understanding too, and scheduling is a breeze. If you need braces, go here!! I couldn’t be happier with my new smile ❤️

Dr. Hallgren and staff are amazing. My son is currently in braces and my daughter, and I have "graduated" from our braces already. He treated my daughter first and it was such a seamless experience that when my dentist told me I too needed braces, Dr. Hallgren was my first choice. They have a reward system for the kids which keeps them interested in their own dental care. Recently my son was hit in the mouth (with braces on) during football practice and shifted his wire to where it was poking into his gums. I felt guilty calling the "emergency" number, but he was in so much pain. Dr. Hallgren answered almost immediately and came in on his day off to help fix my sons problem. He also took the extra time to do his routine appointment that was scheduled 4 days from the accident so as to save us a trip back to the office. Dr. Hallgren and staff are top notch, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else for orthodontic care. Thank you so much for your continued care!
