I’m so thankful for the parents in the Montrose Parents Facebook group for building my confidence in selecting West U Smiles for my daughter’s first dentist appointment. The feedback I received was absolutely accurate! Everyone from the moment you enter the business to the moment you leave is so kind, considerate, and patient. I have REALLY bad anxiety around going to dentists and was having really bad anxiety leading up to my daughter’s appointment especially because she’s two and has not started speaking yet. On top of that, she puts up a good fight every time we try to brush her teeth.
From the moment I entered and was greeted, my anxiety evaporated and I felt at ease. The office is really inviting, parking is a breeze, and overall I felt that choosing them to be my daughter’s first dentist experience was the right choice. The hygienist’s kind words to my daughter along with the dentist meant a lot to this mom. I was so worried about the appointment but it went by so quick and my daughter’s crying actually allowed them to get into her mouth easier. Never once did I feel rushed, I was asked frequently if I had any questions or concerns, and it is very obvious that the team here not only loves what they do but they love children.
I’m happy to say, we have found the perfect dentist for my daughter!

Really enjoy this dentist office. I use to go to the west u location, now I attend the memorial location. Both are excellent. My son was given a choice of toothpaste today(strawberry, mint, chocolate, bubblegum, or marshmallow). He got a balloon after his appointment and can’t wait to go back! The staff is courteous and kind! Dr. Longoria is caring and cute too!

Dr. Longoria is incredibly responsive. I called on a Friday after hours and she called me right back, looked at photos and reassured me that all was well. On a later visit, I had questions that the hygienist couldn’t answer. She came right over and not only answered them but did the treatment herself. I can’t say enough good things about her.

My 5 year old woke up and said “I’m so excited I get to go to the dentist!” and she was not disappointed. She has been going since her 18 month checkup. She did not like it at all at 18 months but the team at West U Smiles has won her over. The whole team there is great and super sweet with the kids. Dr. Longoria is thorough and efficient, which is very important when you have a 5 year old and a 30 month old. Great practice and thankful they are close!
