We always have a wonderful experience at KidZania! The clinic is always clean and looks well organized and the front desk ladies are very friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are patient and explain every step, which helps my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. We truly appreciate the kindness and excellent care they provide. I highly recommend KidZania to anyone looking for a children’s dentist!

I had to come back on here and give a huge shot out to dr. Issa and Dali who answers the calls. I know today is busy from the long weekend for Labor Day. But they made sure my referral went over and she spoke to dr Issa and as many people that he has to see they managed to get that referral over in a few hours. And I got a follow up call from Dali to let me know everything is faxed over. The communication is unmatched!! For yourself or for kids. This is the place to be for surgery. Even with all my back and forth the amount of patience and understanding and squeezing me in to make sure everything gets taken care of smoothly!! It’s truly appreciated!!! 5 star well if I could give yall a 10 star I would lol!!!

Thank you and your team because within the year my smile has gotten so much better and I am almost half way there!! Wohoooo

Our first time coming to this office and we are extremely satisfied with how our sons appointment went. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our son actually left the office happy and shared how much he enjoyed the staff and how much he loved this specific office.

Update: the office manager reached out and showed their gesture of goodwill to resolve the problem.
Not price transparent at all. Was told $20.** for copay, and I paid up front. After the routine cleaning for my daughter. They told me that she is maxed out this year. So I have to pay $200.** for her routine cleaning, and the office manager even blamed me for not checking my insurance. I told them that their system even show there is $20.** copay, how I'm keep up with my insurance. They say they partially at fault, but never apologized. Even give me an attitude when I confront them. Really disappointed. Idk if the owner know about their staff and office manager's attitude even it was their fault.

The office was clean, fun, and designed to make kids feel excited instead of nervous about going to the dentist.

I came to leave a 5 star review and came across the one where parent left about the front desk

As a parent who was actually in the waiting room during this interaction what I heard and saw was very different.

The front desk staff remained calm and respectful throughout the conversation. I even heard one of the ladies tell mom please speak to me respectfully and as I am speaking to you. I've been bringing my kiddos here for years and have always been treated kind.
So just want to leave my 5 star review to ALL the staff everyone has been great and I always recommend them to all friends! 😊

We had such a wonderful experience at Kidzania Dental! The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took the time to make my children feel comfortable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

The office was spotless and very well-maintained, which made us feel at ease right away. It's clear that they truly care about their patients and creating a positive experience for families. We left with smiles on our faces and can't recommend them enough!

And they have a prize at the end of their visit!!

Dr Noha and her assistant Ryan are amazing!!! They took such great care of both our kids (4 and 6). Very calming and reassuring, explaining every step before doing it. The entire process is smooth and worry free. We will definitely continue coming here.

It is always a good experience here. My both boys are enrolled and we come here every six months. All the staffs are very friendly to kids. Kids always get stickers, balloon when they leave and they are so happy.
Staffs always interacting with kids and making them feel special.
Highly recommended.
