I came to leave a 5 star review and came across the one where parent left about the front desk
As a parent who was actually in the waiting room during this interaction what I heard and saw was very different.
The front desk staff remained calm and respectful throughout the conversation. I even heard one of the ladies tell mom please speak to me respectfully and as I am speaking to you. I've been bringing my kiddos here for years and have always been treated kind.
So just want to leave my 5 star review to ALL the staff everyone has been great and I always recommend them to all friends! 😊

We had such a wonderful experience at Kidzania Dental! The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took the time to make my children feel comfortable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
The office was spotless and very well-maintained, which made us feel at ease right away. It's clear that they truly care about their patients and creating a positive experience for families. We left with smiles on our faces and can't recommend them enough!
And they have a prize at the end of their visit!!

We absolutely love Kidzania Children’s Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, they have always made my son feel comfortable, safe, and actually excited to go to the dentist. The entire team is so patient, kind, and truly knows how to work with kids in a way that makes the experience stress-free for both parents and children.
Every visit has been nothing short of amazing. They take their time, explain everything, and make sure my son leaves with a smile every single time. It’s such a relief knowing we’re in such great hands.

Dr Noha and her assistant Ryan are amazing!!! They took such great care of both our kids (4 and 6). Very calming and reassuring, explaining every step before doing it. The entire process is smooth and worry free. We will definitely continue coming here.

It is always a good experience here. My both boys are enrolled and we come here every six months. All the staffs are very friendly to kids. Kids always get stickers, balloon when they leave and they are so happy.
Staffs always interacting with kids and making them feel special.
Highly recommended.

Oh my God ! kidzania is way way better than other many dentistries. In terms of their billing, responses, treatment, services. I dont write reviews very often but after dealing with many dentistries I realized how helpful they were. Even if you are not their customer because of insurance they give quick responses and services. I wish I could go back there.

My son loves coming here! From the video games in the waiting room, the cute decor, and the entire staff, every visit is always pleasant.
Dr. Noha has COMPLETELY eliminated my son’s dental anxiety. Every time we come, Lisa is always so patient, inviting, and sweet.
Cannot recommend Kidzania enough!!

This is my daughter’s third year coming to Kidzania and she absolutely loves it. She’s never scared because the staff is so patient and always take the time to explain everything before they do it.
