This place offers The Best customer service experience a human being can ever ask for. Glad to had become a patient of them in our first visit this past weekend with our son! We saw genuineness, honesty and professionalism in every member of their staff, of course including doctor Hanigan, who explained the treatment extremely well!!

I did a lot of research and had a few other consults at different locations before I ultimately decided this one was the best. They are very honest and you can immediately tell it is genuine. They also take the time to really sit down with you and ask what your goals are, and then explain in detail how they’ll accomplish those things. Everyone here is so friendly! They are all very organized and pay attention to detail. I am almost done with my Invisalign treatment but still had a couple things I thought needed adjustments, and they had no problem getting new trays for me to correct/adjust it. I have also been to two locations and met both Dr. Hanigan and Dr. Johnson, and they are equally as nice and detailed. Overall a fantastic experience and the best of the best.

We take all 4 of our kids here. I cannot say enough good things about this group! Having 4 kids, with very different mouths, I have seen first hand how they treat every situation uniquely. They are efficient and effective with their treatment plans.
As a bonus, they are always willing to send the X-rays to our dentist so we don’t need double exposure! Dr. Johnson and his crew are the best!

Recently took my daughter in for treatment not expecting to be in and out with braces on her 1st appt! Everything ran so smooth from check in to check out in a timely manner. Everyone at the office is so nice and you feel welcomed and not just another simple patient walking in. Dr Daniel Johnson took his time to explain w/o being rushed and he is very professional. My daughter and I left the office very happy with the service! Highly recommend!!

Making an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Hanigan was for my daughter and a second opinion on her orthodontic care. I was told by our first orthodontist to “come back in 15 months”, WHAT?! I am so glad I followed my gut for a second opinion because seeing the progress in just under a year is amazing! My daughter had serious trauma to her teeth and mouth from an incident that occurred at daycare when she was two, so I knew since then that we’d be seeing an orthodontist. From our first meeting with Dr. Hanigan, he’s made my daughter and myself feel so comfortable with each visit and has laid out a plan for her to have a pretty smile again in no time! Our journey started in August of 2022 and each visit has been amazing, the staff are all wonderful. My daughter recently had two “uh-oh” visits for different reasons and I’ve had to take her to two different office locations, out of the four that they have, which have equally as amazing staff! I have since recommended this office and these orthodontists to EVERYONE who’s asked, “which orthodontist did you go to?” And I am proud to say Dr. Hanigan with H&J Orthodontist!
