The visit experience is good. However I got a call from pharmacy that the medicine is not approved and need doctor to submit the required doc to insurance company to trigger the process.

Molly was extremely patient in explaining the skin care routine with Tret and hydroquinone. She even gave a write up of the routine for morning and evening so it was done correctly. Really liked her professionalism and making me feel comfortable.

These caring providers go above and beyond. For example, today they provided free skin cancer screenings to the community, for which I am very grateful, as my stepmother died from squamous cell carcinoma. It is usually not fatal, but was in her case, even though she repeatedly sought & received treatment.
