She was attentive, asked questions and answered questions. I learned something new. Felt like she had my best interest in priority. I was appreciative of her not checking her watch and taking the time I needed, even though I was told beforehand I only had 15 minutes

Lara Merritt was truly a professional. This is only my third visit since getting on Kelsey Care Advantage. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable. She handled things very simply and made sure I understood all instruction. I will definitely see her again for my care.
