NP Osei was very personable, caring and kind. She did an excellent job treating my wound. And gave me clear and explicit instructions for caring for my wound moving forward. She was most helpful with her explanations and reassuring with her gentle approach.

Susan was very organized, friendly and clear on what needs to be done. I very much appreciate her insight and patience in explaining how to properly care for the wound and she did a great job.
