lindsay was attentive and inquisitive regarding my medical history as well as the intricacies of my current condition. she explained the procedures she was about to perform and presented post-procedure guidance. her expertise at conducting the two mildly invasive procedures made my potentially difficult experience as comfortable as possible. she also advised me of the next steps necessary to deal with my issues.
