Dr. Dave enlightened me gently of my ignorance of the true nature of my illness - osteoporosis. For me, using an upright walker has prevented me from falling, and has allowed me to stand tall when walking, instead of stooped over. I found this help on my own. I previously obtained Kelsey Dr. referral, but Kelsey does not offer this device for its patients.
She also directed a second stream of concern for the new and unique -to me - pain in my upper arm bones, shoulder bonesy, and upper leg bones (and weakness in leg bones.)

Smart, direct, and very caring. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was so patient and kind.
The front desk staff and phlebotomist were a completely different story. They were rude and did not seem like they wanted to be at work that day. It was quite off putting and we may go to a different location if we ever need labs again.
