The duo of Dr Galindo and his nurse Zoe both put me at ease immediately. Dr Galindo exhibits confidence by making excellent eye contact and answering all questions knowledgeably and professionally with extremely detailed information. Zoe is a competent first line of communication and established a positive tone for me as a new patient.

Dr. Galileo and his nurse were awesome. Explained the entire procedure to me and were very gentle and cared how I felt. I trust them both

Dr. Galindo was very personable, friendly and answered all of my questions. He was patient and understood why I was asking them. He didn't make promises or answer questions where he was data poor - he kept answering lets wait on the results - I respect that. He gave options on the biopsy and I feel like going from the shave to the punch methodology was the best tactic to provide the best data going forward. I really appreciate his knowledge, bedside manner, approach to problem solving and resistance to making promises when data poor. Very well done and thank you.
