We had a good first experienced at this new Kelsey Seybold location. We experienced minimal wait times. Raquel, the medical assistant, was very nice. Dr. Falco was knowledgeable and gentle with my son, Terry. She asked thorough questions to understand our concerns and prescribed exactly what was needed. Additionally, the clinic is conveniently located near our house and pharmacy, making visits very easy.

Doctor Falco was wonderful with my son, she was very smart and answered all our questions my son felt comfortable with her and wants to keep her as his doctor

Dr. Falco was very thorough with addressing the concerns and explained next steps. I typically will not go to another pediatrician and will wait to see our regular pediatrician however my son needed to be seen immediately; I was not disappointed and will definitely schedule with Dr. Falco again if we can’t get into our regular pediatrician.
