Dr. Sou was able to diagnose what the problem i have been dealing with for over at least 10 years, where as 3 other, sorry, Kelsey-Seybold doctors really had no clue, but went ahead with different treatments, which if course proved to be fruitless! I mean, Dr. Sou immediately upon looking at the problem, was able to Disgnose and Treat, needing surgery, not this experimental treatment and that experimental treatment, that giving me agony.

The doctor and her staff were very professional and timely. As a business owner I appreciate the management of Kelsey as to its scheduling and timeliness of seeing patients. Very little wait time, if any. direct communications about the visit, treatment or follow up.

Doctor.Sou was very thorough during her examination of various molds on my body. She explained each step in the biopsy of a mold on my back. She made me understand what may happen after the results are published. Doctor Sou was very gentle during the procedure. She also explained the after care I neeeded to perform to prevent any complications..

Dr. Sou is so efficient and knowledgeable. She explains her findings and suggests possible treatments clearly. She remembers me from visit to visit, and knows if there have been any changes in my skin. I appreciated her thorough examination and attention to detail.
