I recently had an appointment with Nurse practitioner Hamilton , and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to review my history, explain what she was doing, and answer all of my questions in detail. Most importantly, she truly listened to me and made me feel heard and understood, not rushed. I left the visit feeling informed, supported, and confident in my care even though I didn’t like to hear my diagnosis.
