Dr. Shelia was professional and friendly, not rushing through the appointment. Explained the upcoming procedure to me. Judy her nurse was excellent. The whole process with Rocio also.

I could sense right away that she was effective in her work because she wanted to know the history of my health condition, from me verbally and seeking my past consultant's medical records. She was also very cordial during our conversation.
