Dr Florez was prompt, attentive and dialed-in to what I said and what was needed. He was proactive in his line of inquiry and thorough in his assessment of my need. Furthermore, he was supportive and kind in his remarks about his coworkers and fellow physicians. A model team member, and consummate professional.
