My first visit with Dr. Nwagwu was excellent. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. I left feeling confident in my care. Highly recommend.

After 18 years in USA and many doctors opportunities, I still haven't found a doctor that I want to see and trust, until yesterday when I met DR. Nwagwu
She is down to earth and looking at your as a human and not just a "number" like a lot of other doctors that I met. She is going to be my primary doctor, for sure !
Even that she was busy she took her time to talk to me about about problem I brought up and she really care !

Excellent Dr., compassionate, pleasant,

Introduced herself, asked name and birth date. Asked why I had come in for appt. , allowed full explanation. She gave an assessment of problem with a plan of what she wanted to do and why. She asked
if this doable for. me, identifying my pharmacy of choice for prescription to be called in to, she also stated if there was no change in problem to notify here nurse. I thanked her and she said goodbye.

Dr. Crystal is very thorough and genuinely caring. You can tell that she truly has her patients’ best interests at heart. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure that you feel comfortable and informed. I never feel rushed during my visits, and that means a lot.
