I loved Behzad’s service. He put me at ease with my parents’ flight from Phoenix to Houston today. We weren’t able to accompany them and we stayed in communication through the whole process, He met them at the baggage claim and then got them to their house safely with their luggage. Mr. BK was a pleasure to ride with. When we arrived at Hobby Airport he was promptly on time and waiting in the baggage claim area ready to assist us. He was able to accommodate my handicap father by providing a very spacious, clean and comfortable SUV to transport us to our hotel. He even had sanitizer available for our safety during these COVID-19 times! He was a very safe driver, very polite and I would definitely recommend his transportation service to anyone looking for reliable, safe and affordable transportation where ever you are going. I took Transporter Houston both to the airport and again on my return trip. Both times BK was on time, polite and helpful. My last return trip, he was on time, waited for me since I’m handicap and he waited for me to be transported from gate E to gate C for almost one hour. While he waited, he even got my luggage off the Carousel! I definitely would recommend BK and his company Transporter Houston!

I have used many different transportation services. Transporter Houston has by far exceeded any standards set in the transportation business. I had a family emergency and needed to get my 12 year old daughter to me. The Owner not only checked her in, took her through security but sat with her for 2 and a half hours because she did not feel comfortable sitting alone , I tried to compensate him for doing this and he did not want anything. He told me that he is a father and a grandfather and he would take care of her like his own granddaughter. I PROMISE you will never find a company like this one . I am literally blown away with his customer service , This company is a great reminder that good people exist in today’s time. I am not sure if I mention their rates were actually cheaper than Uber and Lyft for me. He also sent notifications and arrived exactly at the time set for pickup. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER RIDE!!!!

Just a note to say that Mr. Behzad provided exceptional service in all aspects when picking up my sister at the airport. The reservation process was easy and straight forward. He responded immediately. He was ahead of schedule on the pick up and had a sign with her name. Car was impeccable and he was wearing a mask and gloves, which are a plus during this Covid-19 crisis. Very kind, courteous, attentive and friendly. Professional service indeed. thank you Mr. BK.
