Dr. Ahmad is a thorough and excellent physician who provides clear explanations and helpful advice for improvement. You knocked it out of the park!!! My disappointment lies not with the exceptional care provided by my doctor and assistant, but with Kelsey Seybold itself. I rate my overall experience with this appointment as 1 out of 5 stars.
The lack of internet connectivity to facilitate co-pay payments and the difficulties in contacting KCA Transportation were frustrating. As a loyal patient of Kelsey Seybold for over nine years, I was disheartened when I requested my After Visit Summary and was informed that it is only accessible through the app. I believe that every patient, especially those like my father who have severe memory and comprehension issues (including signs of dementia), should receive a physical copy of their After Visit Summary. This change in practice seems to prioritize convenience over patient care.
I am concerned that Kelsey Seybold is prioritizing profit over the quality of care, which I find concerning. It is important to reflect on the consequences faced by Sadler's Clinic when they implemented similar practices. I hope that Kelsey Seybold will reconsider this approach and continue to provide the high-quality care that patients have come to expect.
