Dr. Bacal is attentive and patient. She is knowledgeable and willing to support working through any concerns I may have about her recommendations. Diabetes is a challenging diagnosis to navigate. She doesn't try to force her opinions, but rather share information to both encourage and enlighten me as her patient.
