Dr was very understanding for my problem and he took his time to explain everything to me. I felt like he really care for my well being. He never met a dr like him before. We need more Dr’s like him.

Dr. Gomez-Rivera was transformed from what I thought to be an austere doctor to an immediate friendly-type physician.
He asked questions pertaining to my ears and I tried to give him accurate and appropriate answers. Very helpful to me as he spotted possible solutions to my problems in hearing everything that is being said to me.

He actually paid attention to my needs. This is the first doctor who took his time to listen to me and explain with details what my symptoms meant and why they were happening. He also explained other medical results from previous doctors which gave me clarity on what I had going on. 10/10 would recommend to others!

He seemed concerned and and wanted to to find out the route of the occurrence of the inflammation of my ear pain. He’s checking with another doctor to make sure he orders the correct bloodwork to figure out the problem.
I am waiting on the order to go get that done. Very good bedside manner
