I was impressed with him when he walked in the door with a nice smile, his hand out to introduce himself. A real personable doctor. He asked questions and gave me the results of my hearing test. Asked about my nasal sprays, looked in my mouth. Talked to me some more and said come back next year for a hearing test and had the desk make me an appointment and away I went.

Dr Gomez-Rivera explained everything so thoroughly that I was very comfortable at the end of my visit. I understood what happens on the surgery and what complications could happen.
