Friendly staff but lack of medical knowledge with the medical assistant. I would've liked to have followed up with a registered nurse. I came home with a Foley on my post-op appointment and was not given detailed instructions from my team on how to keep it clean(duh Google has answers for everything but is it reliable information?) or if I needed to replace it with a new Foley after a certain amount of days. I have been dealing with a UTI for 2wks now and am on 9 out of 14days of antibiotics. I got a call back from the office in a timely manner but I was driving a customer. Prompt call backs but staff needs more medical knowledge with pay if possible. If only I could've continued treatment with my trauma surgeon Dr. Kavina even though I'm aware that she is only trauma.
