Elizabeth is wonderful audiologist and person. She took the time to explain my hearing loss, my options, and explained my best way forward. She recommended hearing aids she felt were best for me. Ultimately, I ordered what she recommended for me. Once the hearing aids came in she fitted them to me and explained everything about them and the app that goes with them. I'm only on my second day wearing them, but what a difference. I CAN HEAR AGAIN! Never realized my hearing was as bad as it was. Dr. Surface, I hope you have a long career at Kelsey Seybold so you will be there as my hearing needs change over the coming years. Thank You!
