She took my concerns and complaints into consideration and recommended a chest X ray that lead to my diagnosis after my first visit with her. I had been in for several visits with the same symptoms before and did not get the same treatment.

NP Dawkin was friendly and easy to talk to-she listened to my concerns and ordered tests to determine what was going on that no one else ever has, and now I am starting to get answers and have already been referred to a specialist. I am very grateful to Rachelle for her thoroughness, genuine concern and her follow-through.

She put me at ease. She was on time and had already checked my history in the Kelsey app. She did not rush me. Great personality! I actually enjoyed the visit a great deal. I will be seeing her again, no doubt.

I like Rachelle Dawkin because she listen, she showed sympathy and concern. She didn't have the answers to my issues, but she understood that I needed some answers. So she directed me to the doctors that could help with those answers. I have the appointments and hopefully they will be able to ease my anxiety.

She was amazing!!! She listened with the ear to hear everything I needed her to hear! Very patient with me! I talk a lot but she was very kind with allowing me to speak! Extremely friendly and Joyful person! Thank you for having her on staff, it was great to have the opportunity to be seen by her!
