Dr. Shafi was very personable and thorough in her explanations of my care journey. She was not rushed while with me and offered a variety of ways to communicate. She also put in the required requests for approval of my treatment plan immediately before I even left the clinic.

I like Doctor Shafi 's detailed explanation of a tailored treatment plan for my medical diagnosis. In addition to explanation, she downloaded an image of problem area and pointed out specifics. The inclusion of a visual aide helped me to better understand my health challenge. The doctor thoroughly addressed all of my concerns.

She explained throughly what the procedure entailed; what to expect before, during & after. This helped calm my anxiety therefore I was more relaxed during the procedure which helped.

Dr. Shafi is an excellent doctor for many reasons:
A. She listens to our concerns
B. She provides excellent feedback that is easily understood
C. She is extremely knowledgeable and admired in her field
D. She makes us feel very comfortable in the visits
Overall, we feel Dr. Shafi is an outstanding physician and a real asset to Kelsey Sebold.
