I do NOT LIKE Dr. Pham, (PA). She is a horrible PA. I went in for my right ear. It was feeling irritated but I was not in pain in any way. I just wanted to get a head of any problems that might arise. She was so NEGLIGENT!!! She treated my left ear. She had something liquid poured down my LEFT ear. I made my ear is painful that I sceamed in pain. All I could do was scream and cry, while holding in ear and side of my head. I must have screamed pretty loud because another nurse came rushing in and asked what was going on. Everyone left me by myself, just screaming and crying. I had to call my daughter by phone to get her to have someone return to assist me. It was horrible!!!! When the PA Pham returned she was so mean and rude. She treated me like I had done something wrong. She had no concern for my health and well-being. She gave a prescription and told me to leave. Her exact words were. "Just Leave." Still crying, I just left. Dr. Pham should not be allowed alone with patients. She is seriously horrible at trying to be a doctor.

Mai Thi Pham was extremely thorough. She was very kind & didn't make me feel rushed when I was an unexpected patient at the end of the day before a holiday. She gave me the tetanus shot I expected, but also antibiotics & ointment to help me stay out of the ER on a holiday. I would highly recommend her to others!
