A smile when she entered. She introduced herself and I introduced myself and my wife. She got to the point of the visit rapidly and early on. Ask my thoughts on my situation and condition. I think her open dialogue quickly showed her the detail of my condition And she rapidly responded with tremendous information from a medical point of view, which is what my wife and I were looking for. Very professional, thorough, and timely.

Dr Sierra Haq was very pleasant. I was sent to her for an EMG testing by Dr Wesam Mohamed. She frequently asked me if I was doing OK. I felt she had a good bedside manner. While this appointment was towards the end of the year my only disappointment was that this issue has been going on since early September. My PCP wasn't able to see me, but my neurologist was able to get an x-rays done which showed no fracture, however I remained in pain and when I returned for an appointment again in November my neurologist ordered a MRI. Two days later I was able to get an appointment for the MRI. The same day the MRI was completed it was confirmed that I have a herniated discs in my back. I was instructed to see a spine Dr. I booked with the only Dr available, Dr Ayse Dural, what a nightmare this appointment was. She never introduced herself to me, she rushed to tell me I needed back surgery. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to get a new neurologist and belittled me for not starting pain management. She lacks professionalism, empathy, compassion and respect for the patient. I found out on Friday 11/15 that I have a herniated discs. I saw her the following Tuesday, 11/19. I wasn't able to schedule a pain management appointment. When I was able to get connected to pain management they had no appointment available until the end of January and early February. To make matters worse the appointment for January was canceled by Kelsey Seybold. My service in 2024 has been the worst care I have ever received. It's impossible to get any appointment with any doctor. When you prioritize money over the quality of healthcare and life, you are a sick greedy person. I will file my complaint with the state of Texas
