He was recommended when I was recently in the hospital. He visited me during my stay, and I got a comfortable feeling during our visit. I have seen Dr. Jacob's a couple of times since and am very pleased with his attention to detail.

Dr Jacob is an AWSOME cardiologist. He takes time to listen to patients and my opinion is that Dr Jacob’s treats patients just like he would treat his Mom or Dad. That’s the kind of Doctor he is.

He treated me like a person, not a patient. He sat down and just talked to me. The best doctor with the exception of my PA I’ve ever had. All Kelsey doctors are great, but Dr . Jacob’s is incredible
