These days, it is extremely rare to find any doctors that exhibit true care and concern for you, as a patient. Dr. Jacob is one of those doctors! When he enters the room he is cordial, attentive and welcoming. He remembers you. He asks questions, he listens and he doesn't rush you out the door. He exhibits empathy and concern for you as a human being and makes you feel that he really does care about your welfare. In addition, he's a wonderful person with a great personality. He's knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. He also responds very promptly when I message him through the portal, which I appreciate. And lastly, one thing that really impressed me, was the fact that he actually picked up the phone and CALLED me to check on me after I started a new medication, to ensure there were no side effects or complications! I have not had a doctor do that for me in over 25 years, and it really left a lasting impression on me. I am so, so very happy that he was recommended to me by my PCP!! So many other physicians could take a note from Dr. Jacob. He is an impeccable cardiologist.

He is very skillful in heart health and showed a great patient care. Additionally, he saved my life when recommending me to take stress test last October 2023. As a result, I had to go through a triple bypass surgery and spent one month at St. Luke’s hospital. May God bless him and Kelsey.-Seybold.

Dr. Jacob was a very good listener. He was very knowledgeable and decisive in response to my plan of action involving my particular treatment. Most importantly, he was friendly. That means a lot.

He saved my life by providing me a stress test that eventually discovered my arteries clogged. Not only that, he is a skilled physician and took a good care of patient. Last but not least, he is a very friendly and respectful physician.
