She knows her specialty very well. She really does care about her patients and has encouraged me as well. She has helped me control my type 2 Diabetes for the fist time in 8 -10 years. I’m really grateful for that.

Dr. Faiza, was good. We did get into a lot of detailed information. The one star isn’t a knock on her, but on the employee in the front desk with the bedazzled glasses. After telling her about a dispute with billing, and telling her my plan to pay for the blood work. She denied me access to recieve labs, literally been to 4 clinics from Kelsey and no one has ever made a big issue. She was so focused on the money factor. I could’ve got my labs done yesterday. Almost felt like I owed her the money personally. Unsure she frowned upon payment plans if I can do it though the app. Honestly debating going back to that location due to that interaction.

Dr. Mubeen is an amazing doctor. I really appreciate her. She is very personable and caring. She really took her time and helped me understand my diagnosis and treatment. I would recommend her to anyone. She's an asset to your team. Thanks Kelsey!
